This workout is suitable for everyone no matter where you are on your fitness journey. Whether you are new to HiiT or are regular gym go-er, we are sure you will enjoy this full body workout.
We’ve created three workouts based around compound moves that will you leave feeling invigorated and energised.
Beginner: Perform each of the 7 exercises for 20 seconds followed by 40 seconds rest. Complete the cycle 3 times. Try to do as many reps of each exercise as you can in the allotted work time. Where easier versions of each exercise are available, these are shown.
Moderate Workout: Perform 30 seconds work followed by 30 seconds rest for each exercise. Complete the cycle 4 times. Try to do as many reps of each exercise as you can in the allotted work time.
High Intensity: 40 seconds work followed by 20 seconds rest. Complete 5 sets. Push yourself to do as many reps of each exercise as possible.
