Everyone has mental health. We are here to help you look after yours. We are on a mission to break down the stigma around mental health and ensure everyone is able to access the care that they need. We are not just a platform or an app, we are a workplace wellness movement that is changing the way we view mental health so that everyone can be a better version of themselves and thrive in life and in the workplace.

We provide both early intervention and preventative mental health care solutions to our clients. To date we’ve delivered over 27,000 minutes of therapy and coaching to our clients. We are growing fast and are working with large companies.

As our Enterprise Sales Lead you will play a vital role in helping companies understand how important employee mental wellbeing is to their success. You will take the lead on building partnerships and selling InsideOut’s solutions into enterprise businesses within the UK and beyond.

About you

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing everyone with access to mental health support and getting InsideOut into the hands of as many people as possible. You will be driven by hitting sales targets, providing excellent customer experience and finding new ways to partner with leading multinational companies. We’re seeking to work with someone who is innovative in their approach and wants to help change the future of workplace mental health.

Responsibilities

    • Develop, grow and manage the sales pipeline in Hubspot, continuously reviewing conversion rates to optimise our business development sales strategies
    • Sell InsideOut into enterprises with over 1,000 employees
    • Build and manage relationships with existing customers, making sure that all customers renew their contracts
    • Build relationships with HR, Well-being and Occupational Health Directors and Senior Leadership teams.
    • Develop sales materials and assets including sales decks, proposals, business cases and case studies, which effectively communicate the InsideOut proposition
    • Identify and deliver insights that inform how InsideOut evolves and scales as a business
    • Work collaboratively with other parts of the InsideOut business to help share our offering and meet customer needs

Requirements

You will:

    • be ambitious and have a hunter attitude when it comes to business development and growth, making sure we are at the front of our target customers minds
    • have a proven track record in B2B enterprise sales, ideally selling employee benefits or HR services
    • have 5+ years of working in a sales role
    • have experience in developing, growing and managing a sales pipeline and be able to evidence conversion rates
    • be able to evidence enterprise sales and demonstrate repeat business
    • have experience negotiating enterprise contracts, be able to navigate any blockers and mitigate objections
    • have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident presenting
    • have strong team skills and be able to motivate and lead others
    • be able to work as part of a team as well as work independently
    • have a positive, anything is possible attitude and be willing to try different approaches to new clients
    • be passionate about changing the mental health agenda and want to work for a social impact cause
